Hi, I'm Will and I am here to help you reach your goals.

I have been keeping fit for a long time now, I started by running, and ultimately ended up being an ultra marathon runner, I have managed  a few 100km races, lots of 60km+ races and too many short distance runs to count. I think I have failed to finish as many as I have actually finished. I am ok with that, failing is part of the process and not something to shy away from. In recent years I have fallen in love with lifting weights and found it really helped me in my running. 

The big change for me was when I realised fitness was nothing without mental health. My body could be as strong and fast as I wanted but poor sleep, poor nutrition and too much stress and my body suffered. Now, wellbeing is my approach to my health and fitness makes up a part of that, but only a part.

Hey, I'm Daisy. 

I am the social media manager, marketing manager and coach. I help women lose weight, WITHOUT having to ditch all their social events and all the foods they enjoy.

I came to fitness quite late in my life. At 27, I decided it was time to make a change. Having been diagnosed with hypermobility and scoliosis, which caused me chronic pain everyday, I knew I needed to do something. After lots of encouragement from Will, his time and energy getting me into a commercial gym, I have finally got a rhythm (as well as a written plan from Will) and feel comfortable in my gym routine. I am currently training with my own coach as I believe in bettering my performance and growing alongside my clients.

I love helping women both inside and out of the gym, grow in strength and confidence!
